A Builder may be beginning or experienced. The common quality is participation: turning an intention into something useful and accepting responsibility for the result. Reading, experimenting, asking questions, and revising are all part of building.

Hugo Web has builder qualities, but his personified identity is not interchangeable with this audience role. Individual visitors do not automatically become public graph records.
